SUBJECT: Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to partner with UNFPA (Myanmar) through the CSO Grant.
UNFPA Myanmar Country Office is seeking Expressions of Interest from community based organizations (CBOs)/civil society organizations (CSOs) from Myanmar to respond to emergency needs of LGBTQIA+ community to ensure their safety, dignity, and well-being.
UNFPA Myanmar recognizes the barriers and challenges faced by Myanmar’s LGBTQIA+ community and understands how it has been exacerbated by the double crisis of Covid-19 and political crisis. In acknowledging the critical role that grassroots CSOs play in supporting LGBTQIA+ communities and in wanting to ensure that LGBTQIA+ civil society networks can continue to provide services, and with support from DFAT, UNFPA opens a call for expressions of interest for grants to LGBTQIA+ CSOs.
Total Grant Amount & Duration:
An organization can each apply for a maximum of 25,000 USD for a period of 12 months.

လက်ရှိအခြေအနေတွင် COVID-19 ရောဂါဘေးနှင့် နိုင်ငံရေးအကြပ်အတည်းကြုံတွေ့နေရသည့် အခက်အခဲ များကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ LGBTQIA+ များအနေဖြင့် ရှိနှင့်ပြီးဖြစ်သော အတားအဆီးနှင့်စိန်ခေါ်မှုများ ပိုမိုဆိုးဝါးသထက် ဆိုးဝါးလာနေသည်ကို UNFPA မြန်မာ မှ သတိပြုမိပါသည်။ LGBTQIA+ များကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးရာတွင် လူထုနှင့်အနီးကပ် ရှိနေသော အရပ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ အဓိကကျသော အခန်းကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုသော အားဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ LGBTQIA+ အရပ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ အဆက်မပြတ်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း ၊ DFAT ၏ပံ့ပိုးမှုဖြင့် LGBTQIA+အရပ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ အတွက် ရန်ပုံငွေလျှောက်လွှာများ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည့် အခွင့် အရေးတစ်ရပ်ကို UNFPA မြန်မာက ဖွင့်လှစ်လိုက် ပါသည်။
ရန်ပုံငွေနှင့် ကာလကြာချိန်
အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ဖွဲ့လျှင် ရန်ပုံငွေ အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၂၅,၀၀၀ (အများဆုံး) နှင့် စီမံကိန်းကာလ အကြာမြင့်ဆုံး ၁၂ လ အထိလျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
