To enhance the efficiency and accountability of reproductive health services in Myanmar, UNFPA is supporting the implementation of an electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS). This system is integral for managing the supply chain of essential reproductive health commodities, such as contraceptives and clean delivery kits, ensuring accurate tracking from procurement to distribution. By deploying eLMIS, UNFPA ensures a steady supply of these products, reduces the risk of stock-outs, and meets the population's changing needs promptly. This initiative not only streamlines logistical operations but also boosts the capacity of local partners to deliver health services effectively in challenging settings.
